Care este diferenta dintre spagat si sfoara?

Sfoara este denumirea data exercitiului care se face cu intinderea unui picior inainte si a celulilat in spate trunchiul si fata fiind orientate spre directia piciorului intins inainte frontal split



Spagat este denumirea data exercitiului care se face cu desfacerea ambelor picioarelor in lateral trunchiul fiind orinentat catre deschidere lateral split


mobilitate=miscarea unei articulatii
flexibilitate=intinderea unui muschi

Daca faci orice fel de exercitii pentru masa musculara a picioarelor, asta automat uneori   reduce din mobilitate.Exercitiile de mobilitate se pot face dupa antrenamentul de picioare, plus ca se relaxeaza muschii, si o sa ai si masa musculara, si forta, si mobilitate.

Nu te astepta ca daca azi ai facut sfoara pana jos, mai poti si maine. Si nu incerca sa faci sfoara daca nu te-ai incalzit bine inainte! Risti sa-ti rupi vreun tendon si durerea o s-o tii minte toata viata, plus ca recuperarea e foarte lenta. Si dureroasa. Incalzeste-te bine inainte sa te apuci de antrenamenrtul  pentru spagat.  Exista alte exercitii care iti lucreaza aceeasi "deschidere" ca si la sfoara, deci te vor ajuta sa faci ce ti-ai propus. Poti incepe cu "fluturasul", "sfoara pe genunchi" sau "sfoara pe un singur picior". (denumiri proprii ale exercitiilor; daca nu stii despre ce vorbesc iti pot face o descriere).
Un alt exercitiu bun pentru mobilitate, de executat dupa ce te "ridici" din sfoara - cauta pe google sau pe youtube "mae keage", "ushiro keage" sau "mawashi keage". Frontal Split Lateral Split
